Crediting prizes
The prizes will be credited within 5 to 10 business days after all conditions are met.
The Winners of the Promotion bonus will be notified via email, using the address provided during registration on whitebit.ge, within 5 business days after the Prizes have been credited. This email will also include the match details for which the tickets are valid and the attached tickets.

The Terms and Conditions of the “WhiteBIT Crypto Game” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT Georgia, a company registered under Georgian legislation, with registration number 40520217. The company’s legal address is Georgia, Tbilisi, 71 Vazha Pshavela.
The Promotion period: The Promotion starts on September 15, 2025, at X UTC and ends on October 15, 2025, at X AM UTC.

The main goal of the Promotion is to promote the WhiteBIT Georgia brand.
The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, a lottery, a gambling service, or a competition. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a bonus offer and/or a bonus promise.
Information about the Promotion is provided by the Organizer in the form of advertising.
Important! When participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register multiple times on the crypto exchange (using more than one account). A Participant with more than one account will be disqualified.
Unless otherwise provided by these rules, each Participant can register only once and have only one account.
It is forbidden to use more than one account (more than one account and/or sub-accounts), including cooperation with other, affiliated users and/or sub-account users, initiating the opening of accounts together in order to gain an advantage in the Promotion and/or manipulate the result, unfair advantage and /or to influence the results of the action. Upon detection of any such suspicious circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right to close any such account without the consent of the account holder. However, closing an account is at the sole discretion of the Organizer and reserves the right not to further explain the decision made.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to the processing of their personal data, which is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion and the provision of services.
Refusal to process personal data excludes participation in the Promotion.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first—and second-degree relatives) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
If, after summing up the results and/or before transferring the bonus, it is determined that a person, by participating in the Promotion, violated the rules, did not comply with it, or otherwise tried to circumvent the established rules, such a person will be disqualified and will not be given a bonus. Moreover, this right is at the sole discretion of the Organizer, and the Organizer is authorized not to explain the decision made further.
The Winners of the Promotion bonus will be notified about the accrual of Prizes by e-mail, which they indicated during registration on the website whitebit.ge, within 5 business days from the accrual of Prizes.
One bonus Winner can receive all the above-mentioned Prizes.
The bonus Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. The Prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent. The Prize Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not undertake any warranty obligations in connection with the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions defined by these Terms and Conditions. The received Prize is not subject to return.
In the event that the bonus Winners do not receive the Prize they are entitled to, or encounter any other difficulties, they must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.ge or by e-mail at [email protected] no later than within 5 calendar days after fulfilling the aforementioned Conditions. If the bonus Winners do not contact the Organizer regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they lose the right to receive the Prize.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed for the purposes of the Promotion and the provision of services, the Participant also declares that he is familiar with and agrees to the privacy and personal data protection policy which is located on the website https://whitebit.ge/privacy-policy
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any material compensation, as well as consent to comply with other rules of the Promotion. Bonus Winners confirm their consent to provide Promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including radio and television, as well as to take photos to create graphic materials, without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. If any changes are made, information about them will be posted on the website https://whitebit.ge and on the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not participate in disputes arising between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In case of ambiguity in the Rules and Conditions, the Organizer will provide an appropriate interpretation, which is the sole discretion of the Organizer. The determination of the eligibility of the Participants of the Promotion, as well as the compliance of the actions of the Participants of the Promotion with these rules, is also at the sole discretion of the Organizer and no one is authorized to question it, including the decision made by the Organizer to disqualify the Participant, withdraw the Prize, etc. The Organizer is authorized to notify the Participant about the decision made and not to make additional explanations.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the Georgian translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
